g.Vino restaurant is beginning an ongoing gastronomical journey of culinary experiments in a series of events called Chef's Specials. These promise to surprise you with their very original and creative dishes that will be paired with the collection of g.Vino natural wines.

For the first dinner, Chef Tamta has created a four-course set menu using local artisan products:

 - Marinated wild garlic, with forest mushroom pate and toasted bread.

Wine: Gotsa's Pet-Nat, Tavkveri Rose.

- Spicy salad mix, veal sweetbread, pomegranate dressing.

Wine: Okro wine's, Tsolikouri.

- Slow cooked beef cheeks with red wine sauce and Tashmijabi.

Wine: Baia's Wine, Ojaleshi.

- Feijoa and pistachio tart

Wine: Riravo Brandy, Feijoa.
