Café Volver, located at 58 Lado Asatiani Str., Tbilisi, is hosting the first Georgian-made Alpine Cheese degustation on October 18, 7PM.   

Georgian Alpine cheese is produced using the best Swiss recipe and technology, the event organizers say. The production company, called ალპური ოქრო (Alpine Gold), is located in Chorchani village, 2,200 meters above sea level, in the Adigeni region of Georgia.

During the cheese degustation, you’ll have a chance to learn more about the production technology and methodology before you buy some to take home!
