PAM KEMSLEY'S TOP TBILISI EATERIES

Pam Kemsley-Dugladze, Director of Education & Training International

Hummus Bar- A quiet but cozy place right in the center of Tbilisi (just off Republic Square). In my book, the best hummus in Tbilisi, coupled with delicious salads made with fresh ingredients.

Bernard- Slap bang in the center of Vake, with a varied menu- Georgian and European and their own beer called Bernard! Reasonably priced, solid food and if you’re a rugby or football supporter, you can also catch international games on the big screen here.

Azarpesha- Offering locally sourced, tasty seasonal dishes and a variety of natural wines, Azarpesha is a real treat. Elegant surroundings and a soothing atmosphere allow you to make the most of the eclectic menu. If you’re lucky, you may also catch a food and wine pairing with a visiting chef.

Khasheria- Located in Abanotubani, Khasheria offers Georgian dishes with a bit of a twist. With indoor and outdoor seating, delicious food and big wide tables, this is a great place to go with friends.

Entrée, Barnov Street- One of the first branches of Entrée to have opened open in Tbilisi, a great place to get a quick, tasty and healthy salad, wrap or sandwich (or a not quite so healthy pastry or dessert)! Perfect for lunches on the run and they have lovely freshly baked bread too!
