Located under the same roof as Fotografia, Minimalist is an ode to simplicity. Tbilisi's newest concept coffee shop, serves locally roasted pour-over coffee, Georgian craft beer, and specialty wine. Their coffee is so good that for avid cappuccino lovers like myself, they have made adding milk to coffee seem like an unnecessary complication.

Their tea is also pretty dope, and now they even have some tasty granola with matsoni. Did I mention that they are under the same roof as Fotografia too?
