A cozy three-floor guest house on the shores of the Black Sea, with stunning views of the new boulevard and the sea. This is on the 'first line,' meaning you can step from the house to the beach with only the narrow pedestrianized boulevard between you. It also means you get amazing sunset views (beach-view rooms only). 

The two-level front garden offers flowers and a well with drinking water, and space for your little ones to play safely. The rear garden is shaded by pine trees and offers a parking space and a dining area with two kitchens and tables, chairs and a wall-mounted TV. You can order meals separately for an extra charge or cook your own.

Rooms are simply furnished with comfortable wooden beds and a chest of drawers, and come ensuite or with shared bathrooms.

The owners are friendly and while English is limited, they'll do everything in their power to make your stay memorable.
