Hilltop is one of the handful of bars and restaurants perched precariously in the hills of Old Tbilisi. 

It’s the perfect place to get away from the noisy, chaotic flow of tourists while still enjoying the charm of the old city! The food is a mix of Georgian and European dishes, nothing special, but prices are okay for Old Tbilisi and anyway – people come here for a glass of wine and breathtaking views!

The place is pretty tricky to find – head to Betlemi Street 27 or Gomi Street 19, and follow the steps up!
