The concept of SOSA is art-meets-sugar. The cafe, located near Saarbrucken Square, just off the pedestrian section of Aghmashenebeli St., is covered in the work of local artists. 

They offer a hearty breakfast menu, homemade lemonades, and an excellent selection of pastries. The coffee is good, the baristas are thoughtful and friendly, and the prices, while definitely aimed at capturing the area's heavy tourist flows, are not unreasonable. 

You can sit by the window and people watch on the street below, play chess with a friend, or get some work done on your laptop.
