It's a charming home with a pool in the back yard. The neighborhood is very safe and just a 10 minute walk down to Rustaveli Street and Abashidze Street which is full of Art Cafes and Bars. They host a lot of culturally diverse groups of people at the guesthouse.
The house itself is located on a hill very close to the city. This place is special because it is secluded from noise and cars, where you can breathe fresh air and rest. However, when in need of the crazy city life, it is a 5 minute drive to Rustaveli Avenue, which is full of malls, little boutiques and bars. In the long Georgian summer days you can enjoy the pool at their guesthouse. Even though the house is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Tbilisi, it is very modern and has all the amenities necessary.
Guests have access to all spaces of the house, the living room, the kitchen, the pool, bathrooms and the terrace. With special lockers if needed
The owner is a very social person and very helpful.
