No8 is a newer spot in Tbilisi’s Vake neighborhood on the popular Abashidze St. They offer a seasonal cocktail menu – rare among Tbilisi bars. The summer menu includes some gems, like the Tbilisi Spring Buzz (Vachnadze white vermouth, gin, fresh lime, basil). They also have frozen and cider-based cocktails. The food is inventive too, offering a menu of locally sourced grill classics such as homemade sausages and hamburgers that customers rave about. They also have internationally-inspired specials like green curry, cheesy nachos, and a Mexican tomato soup that promises to cure even the worst hangover when paired with a “Bloody Nino” – chacha, Georgian adjika, and green peppers.
