Situated on the other side of the river, near Marjanishvili Metro, NINE karaoke & club really kicks off from 1AM at the weekend, though it opens at earlier most days. For many it is one of Tbilisi's places to be on the weekend, but we advise you from experience to beware of the bouncers (of which there tend to be at least four), who at times can be both homophobic and xenophobic. If you make it past their high standards, expect to be entertained by DJ Whitebeat (Gigi Chichua) rocking the joint with the latest dance and electronic beats, interspersed by guest live bands. The bar and club is underground, featuring karaoke from 8 and switching to club mode later. Two sides allow for a bar/dance floor and a lounge area.
