Once the home of the French Embassy, Mountain 13 Hostel has been transformed into a paradise for travelers visiting Tbilisi. Located just up the hill from Rustaveli metro station, the hostel is a hub for hitchhikers, backpackers, cycle tourers and travelers of all descriptions who make Tbilisi their temporary home.

The historic building offers guests five comfortable dorm rooms with custom-made beds for a great night’s sleep. For added privacy, each bunk has curtains or private rooms are available. 

The hostel owners have paid special attention to detail, for example by ensuring that there is a power outlet by each bed. The beating heart of the hostel is a large terrace with amazing views over the city. Here, it’s easy to meet other travelers, especially during the warmer months when people sit at the large table enjoying food or beers.
