Huggo is a hookah bar located just off Liberty (Freedom) Square. They offer a wide variety of hookah flavors that visitors rave makes it the best in Tbilisi. Some even say it’s better than in the Middle East!

Even if you’re not looking to smoke, if you don’t mind that others do, the food is quite good for this part of the city. The menu is the standard European-Georgian fare and prices are in line with the location but not exorbitant. The staff are friendly and welcoming, offering a more European style of service, as the bar caters mainly to tourists.

There is an outside terrace facing the street that is great for people-watching, and the interior is furnished with comfortable couches. You can even play a game of nardi (backgammon) during your visit.
