Telavi is a beautiful small city in the Kakheti region of Georgia, and one of the most central places to stay there is Hotel Old Telavi, which has recently been renovated.

There are two separate buildings, divided by the street. The larger, more impressive one has rooms with balconies from which you can view the beautiful city at night. 

TV and Wi-Fi are available in rooms which range from  80 GEL to 400 GEL per night. 

In both buildings, you can enjoy a straight-forward and filling breakfast and in the basement of the smaller building is a delightful Georgian restaurant with polite staff. Other restaurants can be found within walking distance.
