Keti is one of those Georgians who likes to learn things abroad and adapt them in their homeland, so be prepared to taste fine international fusion when you step into The Dining Room.

Fantastic dishes (our favorites are black pasta with shrimps in champagne sauce and grilled salmon with tarragon and Dijon sauce) are paired with quality wines from international and Georgian producers. Some menu items are hard to find anywhere else in Tbilisi. Order chestnut cream-soup for lunch or try the oysters – they are a rare gastronomic experience in the Georgian capital.
