ChiChico is a concept restaurant located in the Wine Factory complex in central Tbilisi - just above Hard Rock Cafe. 

Wine Factory contains several interesting, creative restaurants and cafes, but ChiChico may be the most out-there. It is a take on the chicken and waffles of the American south, a comfort food, soul food, crispy buttermilk-fried chicken and fluffy, dense Pennsylvania Dutch-style or cornmeal waffles. 

What ChiChico does is more of a nod to that tradition than a replication. Essentially, ChiChico offers boneless chicken breast bites in a waffle cone...the kind of waffle cone that ice cream usually comes in. They also offer chicken bites in a bowl, nestled among french fries, drizzled with mayonnaise-based sauces. 

ChiChico is more of a silly late night snack than the American comfort food classic, but if you're looking for a fun treat, it's worth a try!
