Verde is a is a romantic, Italian-inspired restaurant perched high in the Tbilisi hills, affording guests a beautiful view of the city.
Its best feature is the large outdoor garden where diners can enjoy fresh air and a quieter atmosphere than in the city center along with a craft cocktail.
The menu is largely Italian (although don’t expect the same flavors and freshness you’ll find in Rome), but with surprises of Georgian and Asian-inspired dishes as well, along with basic ‘American’ staples like steak, cheesecake, and club sandwiches. Additionally, their selection of seafood is surprisingly diverse and good for a country that tends to fare better with land-based options. They have live music many nights.
The service can be quite slow – so don’t come too hungry!
