Bina means ‘apartment’ in Georgian, and Bina 37 is quite literally an apartment. The owner, Zurab, decided to take advantage of Georgia’s lax zoning laws to create a wine bar and small restaurant in an apartment in the central residential Saburtalo district. They offer high quality Georgian food with international influences and a generous selection of local wine.

The outdoor terrace boasts a series of qvevri (traditional clay wine jugs) and a lovely view. The interior is decorated in a tasteful, artistic, Georgian style. Bina 37 frequently hosts parties, events, and even cooking classes. The restaurant is open to anyone who loves natural wine, delicious food and a homey atmosphere in which to feel that famous Georgian hospitality, right in the city center.
