The apartment is located in one of the oldest areas of the city, on the hill of Elene Akhvlediani (famous Georgian painter), just behind the Nikoloz Baratashvili monument.

The apartment has a comfortable new double bed, 2 single beds in the loft, and one additional sleeping place on the couch. The bathroom comes with a shower and toilets. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave and a refrigerator. TV and Wi-Fi are available. The house also has central heating, air conditioning and a washing machine.

The apartment boasts a small and cozy yard in the Italian style. And as in fairy tales, there will be three roads in front of you! The one to the left will talke you to the main Cathedral belonging to the Georgian Orthodox Church - the Holy Trinity Cathedral as well as the presidential Residence.

The path to the right will take you to the "Dry" bridge which is located near the flea market and a SPAR supermarket (open 24/7 ). Right across the bridge – you can find the Justice House for all your legal needs, a currency exchange agency and a Carrefour supermarket (open from 9 a.m.- to 10 p.m).

And finally, the most important sight to visit – Tbilisi's historical center, where you'll find everything from cultural sightseeing to various nightlife attractions, such as bars, restaurants and many cafes with open terraces.

Metro station "Square of Freedom" is just a 7 min walk from home.
