The global guide to cuisine and the ‘it’ spots for where to eat, Culinarybacksteets.com, has published an article with Tbilisi as the main subject. The article is entitled ‘Tbilisi: State of the Stomach 2018”.

The article speaks about Tbilisi’s complicated history, and how its food culture is one that is ageless and something Georgian people have cherished over time. “It is no exaggeration to say we are in the midst of a budding culinary revolution in Tbilisi, where people are redefining the conception of Georgian cuisine in flavors, methods and sophistication”, the article reads.
