Tbilisi Botanical Garden will host the first ever Light Festival in Georgia on July 5 and 6 (7 PM – 1 AM). Different types of lights will be used to decorate the garden for the festival and visitors will have a chance to catch a Light Show and appreciate large, beautiful installations.
The event is organized by National Botanical Garden of Georgia and “Box Media Group” with the support of Tbilisi City Hall.
The right music is unarguably needed to set the right mood – which is why the organizers made sure they would get it right. On July 5 and 6, the musical background for the first Light Festival in Tbilisi will be in the hands of Infest, who will play from 7 to 9 PM and then the main attraction, the Light Show, will begin.
Tickets are for sale online and at the entrance of the Botanical Garden. The prices are: 5 Laris for minors and 8 Laris for 18+. Children under the age of 6, retirees and socially underprivileged will enter free of charge.
To follow up with recent Georgian events, the entrance will be decorated to anti-occupation.
