Ok, so when you read the title, you thought "Pass! This is for kids!", right? Wrong! Under 12s are not even allowed to set foot in the door.

And what a beautifully made door it is, with a wonky clock tower that offers its own puppet show daily at 12 pm and 7 pm.

The themes of Rezo Gabriadze's cleverly made stories are hard- featuring poverty, war, heartbreak and loneliness. His puppets, in the hands of masters who disappear into the scenery as the stories unfold, are beautifully handcrafted and you'll be sure to pick out a favorite character in each show.

All shows come highly recommended and feature English subtitles near the stage. 

And when you're done- pop into the cafe next door for more of the same theme and delicious "home-made" Georgian and European dishes.
