Tsar Bani is a Russian banya (bath) and hotel. They cater heavily to Russian tourists (their website is only in Russian and English – not Georgian!). It is a relatively new establishment, and the facilities are tastefully designed. They boast that, at somewhere around 2,000 m above sea level, they are the highest traditional Russian steam bath in the world.

The rooms are small and comfortable but not luxurious. Suites have gorgeous mountain views. You can book a day at the spa even without staying at the property – a perfect way to unwind and relax after a long day of skiing.
