Terrace Avlabari is located at the edge of Tbilisi old town area, just across the river from the main tourist areas, with great views of the historic center. 

The main feature of this small, boutique hotel is, as you may have guessed, a large rooftop terrace. The terrace is open from 6 pm for both hotel guests and visitors. 

The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is simple but good. It is a family friendly hotel, within walking distance of popular spots like Leselidze Street and Freedom Square.
