Despite its name, Café Palermo is a standard Georgian restaurant. 

It is a very relaxed, informal atmosphere, nothing special in terms of design. 

The café is located in the central, residential neighborhood of Avlabari. What it lacks in charm and atmosphere, it makes up for in great, cheap food and wine. It is a family run business and the owners are sweet – if they know you are a tourist, they often try and help you choose new and interesting Georgian dishes.
