Sapere is a calm, cool wine bar located a few steps from Kutaisi’s famous White Bridge. 

You can find more than wine here – the small menu offers traditional Georgian dishes, served on beautifully patterned dishes. 

Prices are reasonable and commensurate with the level of quality and atmosphere provided, but not particularly budget-friendly. 

The staff is friendly and helpful, and generally speak good English. If you’re new to Georgian wines, don’t be afraid to ask for a recommendation or some explanations – especially for natural and Qvevri wines!
