Every year, Tbilisi is opening up more and more to Asian cuisine and is falling in love with sweet and sour sauces over beef and chicken, deep fried rolls, pancakes and fish that are characteristic for the Chinese cuisine.

New Asia offers the classic food which is slightly adapted to the Georgian taste. First of all, sharing the dishes is common in both cultures, so if you are many, make yourself comfortable at the round table and treat yourself to a variety of appetizers.

In general, you won’t be very confused by the menu. For example, chicken or mushroom soup, pickles and vegetable salad sound pretty local. But add to them genuine Chinese seasoning and spices, and order pork in soy sauce and rice noodles with spinach as the main dish, and you will get that sense of Asia.
