This relatively new project of celebrity chef Tekuna offers modernized simple Georgian dishes, or Georgian Fusion, in a casual and beautiful set up in the historic center of Tbilisi, next to the thermal baths. The dishes can be as simple as big slices of Sulguni cheese with tomatoes and fresh herbs, or a huge bowl of Asian-style soup.
