Housed in a distinctive building from the 1950s on the banks of the river, Mtkvarze is a popular nightclub dedicated to electronic music and art. Since 2012, they have offered the very best of underground house and disco in Tbilisi. Its second, smaller, room plays everything from experimental music to hip-hop. Georgians and tourists alike mingle on its balcony overlooking the River Mtkvari.

Local and international DJs have graced its desks. Chaos in the CBD recently played at Mtkvarze’s six-year anniversary party. Their events have earned them the award for “The Best Venue" and the Awards Ceremony for Pop Culture Electronauts three times in a row, and for good reason. The pounding electronic beats keep revelers on their feet well into the morning.
