Right on the Old Boulevard, this bar-restaurant makes a perfect spot to come with friends and relax. 

During the day, it serves a variety of European food (Where.ge recommends the salads!), and at night, from around midnight, the karaoke begins, fueled by cocktails! The prices are predictably high considering the location and decor, but the atmosphere makes it well worth the expense.

Note- those who are there for karaoke will need to write down their song choices on paper and the standard is two songs per table, then the hostess will do the rounds again- so it involves a lot of waiting. But the cocktails fill the time nicely...
